Delivery Policy
Minimum Order and Delivery Terms
📦 Delivery Schedule:
Our delivery service operates twice daily, six days a week (Saturday to Thursday). We are closed on Fridays.
• Afternoon Delivery: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
• Evening Delivery: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
✅ Order Confirmation:
Before delivering your order, our courier will contact you via WhatsApp or the phone number provided in your order form to confirm the delivery time.
⚠️ Missing Items:
If any item is missing from your order, our operator will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to arrange a replacement (if possible) and confirm the delivery.
⏰ Order Cut-Off Time:
• Orders placed between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM may be delivered on the same day if items are available. Otherwise, they will be delivered the next working day.
• Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be delivered on the following working day.
📅 Holiday Notice:
During busy periods such as Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, New Year, and Easter, please place your orders 3–5 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
