Terms of service
1. Online Payment:
For your convenience, the secured payment can be done online via the website. Simply choose your preferred method during checkout, and you will be redirected to the secured payment gateway. You will receive the message about payment confirmation once the transaction is completed.
2. Cash Payment upon Delivery:
If you prefer to pay in cash, you may do so directly to our couriers at the time of delivery.
3. Payment by Visa or MasterCard:
The payment can be done by Visa and MasterCard for your convenience. During checkout, select your card type and enter the required details. Your payment will be processed securely, and a confirmation receipt will be messaged to you.
Minimum Order and Delivery Terms
Ø Delivery Schedule:
Our delivery service operates twice daily, six days a week (Saturday to Thursday). We are closed on Fridays.
- · Afternoon Delivery: 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM
- · Evening Delivery: 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Ø Order Confirmation:
Before delivering your order, our courier will contact you via WhatsApp or the phone number provided in your order form to confirm the delivery time.
Ø Missing Items:
If any item is missing from your order, our operator will reach out to you via WhatsApp or phone to arrange a replacement (if possible) and confirm the delivery.
Ø Order Cut-Off Time:
· Orders placed from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM may be processed for delivery on the same day if the items are available. If not, these orders will be delivered the following working day.
· Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be scheduled for delivery the next working day.
Holiday Notice:
During busy periods such as Ramadan and Eid, Christmas, New Year, and Easter, we kindly ask you to place your orders 3-5 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

- · Orders from 100 QAR to 249 QAR: Delivery Fee is 20 QAR
Ø Umm Salal and Al Daayen:
- · Minimum Order: 350 QAR
- · Delivery: Free
- · Orders from 150 QAR to 349 QAR: Delivery Fee of 30 QAR
- Al Wakrah:
- · Minimum Order: 200 QAR
- · Delivery: Free
- · Orders from 100 QAR to 199 QAR: Delivery Fee of 20 QAR
