Order Cancellation Policy 

1. Cancellation Before Order Processing:

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, you will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Order Processing:

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been processed but before delivery, please contact us immediately. Depending on the stage of processing, a partial refund may be applicable, minus any handling or cancellation fees. 

3. Cancellation After Delivery: 

Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

4. Special Circumstances: 

 In cases of special orders or during peak seasons, such as holidays, different cancellation terms may apply. We will inform you of any additional terms when you place your order. 

5. Refund Process:
